About the BIA
The Building Industry Association (BIA) is a trade association, organized by local homebuilders in 1970, to provide a united voice for the building industry in Clark County. Today, the Association has grown to over 1,050 members consisting of general contractors, sub-contractors, developers, realtors, financial institutions, title companies, non-profit organizations, etc....
The BIA is designed to serve the interests of the local building industry, to advocate for affordable housing opportunities in the community, promote reasonable public policy and insure good government processes related to the construction and development industry. We facilitate business-to-business networking and perform public outreach related to the building industry. We provide industrial insurance rebates, medical and life insurance, and educational opportunities to our members. The Association also coordinates the annual Parade of Homes and the BIA Scholarship Program.

The BIA produces and manages many outstanding programs and tours in SW Washington, including:
